Complaints and Compliance Committee, ICASA – Ruling on the FXI Blacklisting Complaint -1 March 2009

Here is the judgment of ICASA’s Complaints and Compliance Committee (CCC) on the Freedom of Expression Institute’s Blacklisting Complaint. The CCC was asked to make a ruling on whether the SABC Board had contravened the Broadcasting Act,1999, the SABC’s license conditions and its own internal policies by not publishing publically the Sisulu Commission of Enquiry and informing the public what actions it was taking to remedy the situation.
