SAPA – Nicholson Situation Illegal, Says SABC Chairman – 20 October 2010

SAPA reports on the SABC Chair’s admission in Parliament that he had not signed the delegation of authority document for Robin Nicholson, Acting CEO. The SABC was thus effectively operating illegally.
