April 23, 2010In response to ICASA’s Discussion Paper on ownership and control issues, SOS submitted its views. SOS stated that it was important that ICASA took as its starting point the proposals put forward in its 2004 Position Paper. However, the Coalition did point out that there were a number of gaps in the Position Paper particularly as regards the new digital multi-channel environment.
